These terms describe how AC Service Qatar handles bookings, service work, pricing, cancellations, and warranties. By contacting or booking service, you agree to these terms.

1) Service scope
We provide AC repair, maintenance, and installation services across Qatar. The final scope of work is confirmed after inspection and diagnosis.
2) Booking & response time
We aim to respond quickly, but arrival time can depend on location, traffic, technician availability, and job queue. We may suggest an alternative time if needed.
3) Diagnosis & estimates
For many cases, an on-site inspection is required before final pricing. Estimates provided on WhatsApp/phone are approximate until inspection.
4) Pricing
Pricing depends on AC type (split/window/central), issue complexity, spare parts, and travel requirements. If spare parts are required, parts cost will be informed before installation whenever possible.
5) Customer responsibilities
To ensure safe and quick service, the customer should:
- Provide accurate location and access details
- Ensure safe access to the unit (indoor/outdoor)
- Inform us in advance if building access permissions are required
- Keep pets/children away from the working area during service
6) Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. For last-minute cancellations after technician dispatch, a visit charge may apply depending on travel and scheduling impact.
7) Warranties & guarantees
Any warranty (if applicable) depends on the nature of work and parts used. Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, power issues, unrelated faults, or external causes. If a warranty is offered, details will be communicated on the invoice/message.
8) Limitations
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control (including building access restrictions, power issues, weather, or third-party equipment problems).
9) Safety
We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe (for example, risky access to outdoor units without safe support).
